Spoon Carving Workshop
Sunday, July 28 from 1 pm to 4 pm
Join us for a fun, hands-on 3-hour workshop where you'll get to create your very own wooden spoon!
We'll provide a wooden spoon blank and introduce you to various carving techniques. You'll learn about wooden spoon design, equipment and safety, knife grips, sharpening, and additional carving resources.
Our instructor, Shawn Hermans, is a seasoned member of the Toronto Woodturners Guild with years of teaching experience. Since discovering spoon carving in 2019, he has carved over 300 spoons and attended numerous carving gatherings in Canada and the US. Shawn is excited to share his passion for spoon carving with you. Don’t miss this chance to learn from a true enthusiast!
All equipment is provided.

*Cancellations received more than 3 days before the first class are eligible for a credit or refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. There is no refund or credit for cancellations less than 3 days prior to the start of class. A registration may be transferred to another person at no charge.
